After a decade of 10-day silent Vipassana retreats, I have created a softer, less formal approach to the healing experience of sacred silence in nature. Everything on the itinerary is optional, but the magic is in the collective meditation. It flourishes when we sit together in meditation, which is sometimes hard to do and access on our own.
